The family just drove out to our campsite today after church (only to be rained on while we were there) but it was just a nice drive so we could kind of clean it up and get it ready for fall camping.  YEAH!  I love to camp in the fall.  I have great memories of camping with my family and just sitting around the campfire at night talking and laughing.  We had a camper and I loved the sound of the heater kicking on.  I didn't love the sound of my father snoring, but that's another story.

ANYWAY (anyway) on our way back home on Hwy 70, Tom says, "There's Stuckey's!"  Of course, he was wrong, and I had to point it out.  "No, that's Nickerson Farms.  Stuckey's had a blue roof."  I got the look of "whatever."  Then, I said, "Do you remember the bees at Nickerson Farms?"  Tom had never heard of the bees!!!  Please tell me you all have.  Remember the beehive that was inside the restaurant but was enclosed in plastic, so you could see the bees working away, but couldn't get stung?  Of course, they sold honey.  And, you had to be a little careful when you parked near the outlet of the beehive.  I was deathly afraid of bees then, but fascinated by the beehive.  Scary, but safe at the same time.  Now I'm sure you couldn't do that kind of thing because someone would get stung and sue the pants off you.  End of story.

Oh, well, gotta put the kids to bed.  (Oh yeah, by the way, I love my kids.  They can crack me up like nobody's business.)
